Operator > Account
Use the Operator > Account page to view and edit login related information about the selected Operator necessary to access the KinderConnect system. It is necessary to first locate the Operator you would like to review using the Operator Search page. This page ensures confidentiality of the Operator login and identity verification data.
Operator Account
- Select the Operator activity from the Navigation Bar.
- Open the Account page.
- Enter new information or make changes as necessary.
- Enter the User Name.
- Enter the Password.
- Press the drop-down arrow to select a Secret Question.
- Enter the Secret Answer in response to the Secret Question previously selected.
- Enter a PIN (Personal Identification Number). Note that all PINs will automatically expire every 90 days and will require resetting.
- Check the Reset Password checkbox to force the Operator to reset the password during the next login attempt. Note that all passwords will automatically expire every 90 days and will require resetting.
- Check the Locked checkbox in the event it is necessary to prevent the Operator from accessing the system. This box automatically checks upon too many unsuccessful login attempts. In that case, the Operator will contact the TAP support center who will unlock upon proper identification.
- Check the Registered checkbox to indicate that the Operator has already completed the registration process.
- Press Save.
