| KinderSign Tablet Registration Form |
The report generates a QR code that is used to register a tablet at the selected provider so it may be used to sign children in and out of care. |
| Non/Under Utilization Report |
You can select to run the Non-Utilization Report, the Under Utilization Report, or both. These reports display a list of children with authorizations during the specified period who have not been reported as receiving care, or who have been reported as receiving less care per week than the authorized amount, within a specified period. The user selects the start and end dates and whether he/she wants to see non-utilization, under-utilization or both. The user can also select the Parent County, Provider County, Child and Case. |
| Operator Activity Log |
This KinderConnect report shows all activity by a user during the specified period. |
| Overlapping Utilization Report |
This KinderConnect report shows a list of children for whom care has been reported for two or more overlapping times. |
| Provider Attendance Summary |
This report displays a summary of attendance days for each child during the specified period for the specified provider. |
| Provider Customized Schedule Detail |
This report identifies school schedules/hours deducted in effect for any particular child for active authorizations at that provider during specified report date range. |
| Provider Mobile Sign-In Sheet |
This report generates a QR code that is specific to each Provider. The Sponsor will then use this code to sign the children in and out of care at the Provider enabling collection of attendance using a tablet. |
